Deferred Disposition, Appearance & Plea by Mail

| If you wish to plead Guilty or No Contest to the offense(s) charged, and pay the amount due, you may either pay by mail or pay in person at the Hutchins Municipal Court Office. You may be able to have your offense dismissed by requesting Deferred Adjudication. See Options for Dismissal. 1. For payment contact the Court atfer 48 hours at (972) 225 6121 to learn the proper amount due. In addition, you must call to determine if your offense is eligible for Deffered Adjudication. 2. circle a plea (either Guilty or No Contest) for each offense charged.. 3. Check the box requesting Deferred Adjudication, if appropriate. 4. Sign the statement on the line for Defendant's Signature and print your name in the boxes. 5. Items that must accompany a payment and request for Deferred Adjudication by Mail: a. Check or money order made payable to the City of Hutchins. b. Copy of your Driver's License c. This form, signed by you. d. Mail on or before court date to Hutchins Municipal Court P.O. Box 500 Hutchins, Texas 75141-0500 |
