JAIL INFORMATION The City of Hutchins has its own functional jail. The jail holds individuals with Class C Misdemeanors and individuals awaiting transfer to other facilities due to warrants. Payments to the jail must be in the form of Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit/Debit Card.
